Slipping Through Our Fingers
I'm sure that's oversimplifying what actually happened. Still, this item from Reuters does not reflect favorably on the vaunted high security of our detention facilities in Afghanistan.

Umm, presumably this is a stronger possibility than the unlikelihood of their escape in the first place.
