Pay No Attention to the Man in Front of the Man Behind the Hornplayer

Via PSotD, we found this project, whose purpose
has, from the very beginning [in pre-Web 1987], been very clear to me: to help Christians everywhere visualize the reality of Jesus' presence in their lives at all times, particularly during those everyday tasks where we spend most of our time. My hope is you will find that inspiration as you view the enclosed prints.
The artist concedes that he "had never drawn anything before, had no training in drawing, and had never really been interested in drawing" prior to his envisioning the project in the middle of the night on Thanksgiving Day, 1987.

Here's the French horn player:

I am somewhat -- but only somewhat -- disappointed that he has not yet tackled database analysts. Disappointed, aye, but also a little troubled. Am I not a Christian? Or am I a Christian with no, uh, co-pilot?
